A. Stewart Rose: Founder, President & CEO - Stewart has 26 years of sales, marketing and management experience. During his career he has helped banks, broker/dealers and insurance companies make significant improvements to their bottom line profitability through more efficient and effective customer acquisition, cross-sell, and retention. Stewart was Founder, President & CEO of KFS Financial, a company that used technology and central location to lower the cost of acquisition so banks could profitably serve the investment and insurance needs of a broader base of their customers. As Chief Marketing Officer for Fidelity Institutional Services Group, Stewart formed and managed the internal Fidelity Strategic Marketing Group that helped new and existing institutional customers better cross-sell investment and insurance products to their customers. Earlier, Stewart was Managing Director for Citicorp's Trust and Private Banking unit. There he managed the High Net Worth Unit, in charge of building and implementing a strategy for cross-selling mutual funds, asset management and insurance through several of Citicorp's internal channels, including trust, private banking, retail branches and 401(k). As V.P. of Marketing for Citicorp's credit card unit, he initiated network brand-building TV campaigns and initiated the cost-effective technique of direct acquisition of credit cards through magazine advertising. Stewart was a Senior Account Executive at the advertising firm of McCann Erickson in charge of the American Express, Shearson, and Sony accounts. His early career was in retail and institutional sales for Paine Webber and Dean Witter. Stewart holds an A.B. in Economics from the University of Kansas.

Holger Kunst: Chief Operations and Technology Officer - Holger has 15 years of experience in information technology, strategic implementation and analytics. He was an early innovator in Internet technology and has an extensive background in web development, relational database design and client server system implementation. Holger has used his analytical expertise in building financial models and establishing relevant metrics along with skills in project management to help several companies successfully implement their strategic vision. At Separation Technologies, Inc., Holger was responsible for all IT initiatives, maintaining complex control systems, and management of one of their production units. He developed a cost analysis system that allowed the company to build better strategic pricing and capital investment strategies. Earlier, Holger founded digital-investor.de, one of the first companies in Germany to build an Internet system for aggregating financial information for retail investors. He was responsible for developing marketing alliances (including Deutsche Bank), which resulted in over 10,000 daily subscribers. At Tonger Publishing, Holger built a technology platform and reorganized internal processes that resulted in more than doubling of overall efficiency. Holger has a "Diplom-Kaufmann" degree (graduate degree in business administration) from the University of Cologne.

Lee Richmond: Writer and Information Architect - Lee has 24 years of experience writing educational and training scripts which are distributed as audio tapes, videotapes, interactive videodiscs, CD-ROMs and websites. More than 350 of his scripts have been produced. He specializes in dramatized scenario-based learning, utilizing three-dimensional characters and precise, realistic dialog. He was a Project Manager at VIS Corporation, where he designed and wrote websites for major clients including Unilever and Pfizer. He was also responsible for a number of CD-ROM applications, where he designed, wrote, and produced the audio and video, managing the projects from start to finish. His financial services clients included State Street Research, Truebridge, Putnam Investments, Navy Federal Credit Union, Central Carolina Bank, Shawmut Bank, Ford Credit and People's Bank. Prior to VIS, he spent seventeen years as an independent contractor, writing scripts and producing and directing audio and video applications. Lee holds a B.A. in Philosophy from Williams College.
